We recently opened our 24th office, and it is in connection with this that we are expanding the team and looking for a manager who will join the launch of a new fleet from the first days.?

Your main tasks:?

• Search and selection of drivers for the fleet
• Using various search channels (social networks, job sites, messengers)
• Conducting interview and evaluation of candidates
• Formation of cooperation with drivers: contracts, registration, chats, cards in CRM
• Collection of cash from drivers and daily collection
• Preparation of financial reports
• Control of debtor lists
• Calculation of driver earnings and bonuses

We expect from you:?

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with people
• Confident use of a PC (Excel, Word, Google Docs)
• Experience in recruiting or working with cash registers will be advantage
