Requirements:

• Understanding training methods for personnel development;
• Experience in organizing training events, developing programs and questionnaires;
• Ability to analyze training results, form reports;
• Communication, organization, result-oriented.

Obov'links:

• Analyzes staff training needs and creates content for offline and online training;
• Organizes and supports personnel evaluation processes(180°/360°, cases, tests), creates methodological materials and provides support to managers.
• Participates in training and implementation of the model of professional competences in cooperation with department heads. coordinates their implementation, monitors progress.
• Analyzes the effectiveness of training: collects survey data, evaluates changes in the competencies and behavior of employees.
• Conducts reporting and analytics: prepares reports for management with conclusions and recommendations for personnel development.
• Participates in the formation of a program for recognizing achievements in development (grading, ratings).
• Advises managers on approaches to motivation and team development, taking into account the company's values. style="font-weight: 700">Working conditions:
