For work, you will need: Knowledge of talent assessment tool methodologies, understanding of the assessment tools market; Successful experience in developing and implementing succession systems, performance management, mentoring; Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs; Developed analytical skills, ability to interpret data; Availability of additional training and certifications in the field of psychometric assessment, competency assessment, talent development, coaching; Developed skills in oral and written communication, preparing and conducting presentations; Skills in implementing HR projects Your main responsibilities will be: Development and implementation of a system for evaluating and developing talents of stores and offices; Development of regulatory documents for efficiency management systems, evaluation and development of talents; Selection and implementation of tools and methodologies for assessing the potential and level of competences of employees; conducting talent assessment (including using Assessment Centers); Development and support of talent development programs of various categories in stores and offices; Participation in the development and implementation of a system for managing the performance of store and office employees; Implementation of all stages of performance evaluation of employees stores and office, conducting communication with employees from the stage of implementation and announcing the start of processes to completion and summarizing; Compilation of reports on efficiency management systems and talent development; Support for automation of processes related to the selection and development of talents; Conducting training activities on the methodology of procedures for managers, providing advice and methodological support regarding performance management processes, talent assessment and development, software operation of these processes, development of subordinates, successors and other categories of talent.
