Community Partnerships Manager in NDA Recruitment

We are expanding the team and are looking for a manager who can build the direction of interaction with the regions from scratch and make it a powerful tool for frontline support.

Your tasks:

• Strategy and direction development: formation of a strategy for working with communities, participation in the creation of a fundraising strategy, development of interaction standards.

• Building partnerships: establishing contacts with regional administrations, local self-government bodies, formation of long-term partnerships.

• Work with local donors: involvement of businesses, charitable funds and active citizens in joint projects.

• Analysis of the regional context: monitoring of budgets, purchases, initiatives, creation of analytical bases.

• Initiation of meetings and projects: launch and support of local initiatives aimed at supporting the Defense Forces.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience in implementing projects at the regional level (cooperation with communities, authorities, funds).

• Negotiation skills, formation of long-term partnerships.

• Leadership thinking, ability to launch directions from scratch.

• Initiative, responsibility, result-oriented.

• Willingness to travel to regions and work in the "fields".

• High level of diplomacy and the ability to find a common language with various stakeholders.

• Visionary approach to work: ability combine strategy with practice.
