An Internet Venture, Investment & Management company focused on e-commerce for both pure internet activity and online product sales.Join our team and take your career to the next level as a Manager of Paid Advertising.Not a remote position - only Office.REQUIREMENTSExcellent analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent EnglishPrior experience is desirable; however, candidates without prior experience will receive training.We will train you to do the job if you have good intelligence and good cognitive skills.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and performance.Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.Collaborate with the content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages.Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.Work Hours:Monday - Friday 9:00 to 18:00 but we have some flexibility.Pay:Starting Pay $600 based on qualifications and experience. Probation is 60 days. After successful probation you will receive a pay raise and also get benefits, club membership paid, paid sick and holiday, and stock and options ownership interest in the companies you help build.
