An ambitious food retail chain that is actively developing and growing announces a competition for the vacant position of Manager of own brands, Lutsk (Kharkiv). Main functional responsibilities: Development of brand strategies and positioning of own trademarks (VTM); Search for manufacturers, negotiations on favorable conditions for the company, conclusion of contracts; Management of the development process of new products from idea to implementation; Market analysis and identification of opportunities for new TM products; Increasing the share of TM in the turnover of the retail network; Organization of regular quality control and promotion of TM; Coordination with various departments of the company to achieve project goals; Ensuring product quality and compliance with standards; Monitoring and applying trends in the development of packaging and design of consumer goods and food products; Market analysis of competitors and consumer needs; Reporting to top management. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in a retail chain or on the side of a trading and manufacturing company that develops ATMs in Ukraine or places orders of VTM in production abroad; Experience of successful negotiations and conclusion of contracts with manufacturing companies; Availability of successful projects; Confident PC user (Word, Excel); Knowledge of production processes, understanding of the packaging and printing market, knowledge of trends in the development of packaging and design of consumer goods and of food products; Responsibility, sociability, analytical thinking; Willingness for business trips to Lutsk and Kharkiv.
