Organizational structure manager in Sport Layf

We are looking for a Organizational structure manager from a systemic, structural company

Description and addition of the entire organizational structure (we need not HR - more a person who is able to describe everything in detail structurally and to organize the structure of the management company as a business analyst: HR, finance, HR, sales, lawyers, etc.

We need a person with systems thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the organizational structure.
• Description of the functions of the departments (as described by business analysts): personnel, lawyers, sales, personnel, other departments;

• Interaction with stakeholders on tasks;

• Detailed description of functions;

• Coordination with by the head;

• Interaction with department managers and specialists;

• Description of tasks and functions of departments;

• Formation description of the org structure;

• Correction of the description of the organizational structure;

• 
  

Expectations:

• 2 years of experience working as an analyst or in a similar position.
• Ability to describe processes in detail;
• Ability to structure information, highlight key points and priorities.
• The ability to clearly formulate thoughts and listen to interlocutors.
