• Higher education (personnel management, economics, management, finance, legal or other relevant).
• Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of organizational development, HR analytics or performance management (banking will be an advantage).
• Understanding the principles of building the bank's organizational structure.
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic, communicative.
