Main tasks:

• Comprehensive analysis of organizational structures, numbers and management models. 
• Preparation of analytical materials, scenarios and substantiated solutions for organizational development. 
• Participation in the development and implementation of organizational change and transformational initiatives.
• Supporting organizational design projects, including target models and transition states. 
• Formation of management reporting and recommendations based on it. 
• Participation in the development, updating and implementation of organizational design methodology and structure building standards.

• Higher education (management, economics, HR, management, social sciences). 
• From 2 years of experience in HR, organizational development or analytics. 
• Practical experience of working with organizational structures and/or transformational projects. 
• UnderstandingI principles of organizational design and management models. 
attention to details while maintaining a vision of the whole picture, willingness to work in project mode and with several initiatives at the same time, adaptability.
