The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" announces a competition for a vacant position - Organizational Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Planning the activities of the project team.
• Coordinating the activities of project and non-project employees, related to the planned activities of the project, for the effective implementation of project tasks.
• Cooperation with departments: procurement and logistics, financial, legal.
• Planning of procurement of services in accordance with the project application.
• Planning of events: online and offline trainings.
• Preparation of technical specifications for counterparties.
• Communication with counterparties during the implementation of their purchased services and products.
• Communication with directors and teams of local organizations.
• Periodic assessment and control of the implementation status of the project by activities.
• Periodic assessment and control of the state of use of the budget planned by the project (together with the financial manager).
• Communication with partners and donors.
• Monitoring visits to local organizations to assess the state of project implementation, the state of capacity development, implementation of the improvement plan.
• Risk analysis and mitigation planning risks.
• Preparation of interim and final reporting.
• Organization of the project lessons learned session.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management (planning, monitoring, evaluation of results).
• Practical skills in organizational development and strengthening of institutional capacity.
• Experience of conducting training for adults, facilitation and development of training methodologies.
• Knowledge and practice of change management in organizations.
• Ability to carry out strategic and operational planning.
• Experience of working with teams, leadership development potential.
• Skills to analyze needs and develop educational products for NGOs.
• Own tools for effective communication and building partnerships.
• Understanding risk management and quality assurance systems.
• Experience with sub-granting.
• Basic knowledge of financial and administrative management in the non-profit sector.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• English language - level B2 and above.
• MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - advanced level.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Meet) - advanced level.
• Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) - confident user.
• Learning management systems (Moodle, TalentLMS, SendPulse, etc.) - basic/advanced skills.
• Operasystems (Windows, macOS) - confident user.
• Tools for online collaboration and facilitation (Miro, MURAL, Mentimeter, Zoom, MS Teams) - advanced level.
