Job description

ZDOROVI is created by professionals in the field of healthcare one-year management practice in the medical sector. Today it is one of the leaders in the provision of medical humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

We are looking for a talented and energetic person to join our team as " Manager of the organization of social projects". In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training events for medical leaders, facilitating and supporting medical teams, and facilitating roundtables and conferences.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• initiative and creativity, ability to generate ideas and practical skills of their implementation;
• high level of self-organization and time management, ability to set priorities and organize several events in parallel;
• strong communication skills;
• experience in budgeting (plan/actual);
• proactive position, ability to quickly make decisions and solve problems difficult situations.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Organization and holding of events under key (preferably business direction, corporate camps)
• Implementation of agreed concepts and search for new event formats and their implementation.
• Organization of participation in exhibitions, forums, conferences, etc.
• li>Preparation of event plans.
• Step-by-step planning and personal involvement in event organization at each stage, participation in the organization of field events.
• Creation of communication channels regarding company events (before, during, after).
• Coordinating the work of contractors, budgeting, reporting.
• Ensuring the most comfortable conditions for staying at events - regardless of scale.
• Cooperation and involvement of partners in conducting events.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of events.
