Manager of medical projects of BF KOLO in KOLO, Blagodiyniy Fond

In connection with the strengthening of the direction of rehabilitation, prosthetics and reconstructive medicine, our organization BO "BF KOLO" is looking for an experienced manager of medical projects to join the team. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, technical understanding of medical procedures and great attention to detail. Responsibilities: Planning, coordination and implementation of medical rehabilitation projects, prosthetics and reconstructive medicine. Organization of treatment and rehabilitation programs for patients with injuries and disabilities. Ensuring effective communication with medical institutions , specialists and patients. Management of the budget of projects and ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines and goals. Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented projects. Ensuring reporting on medical procedures performed and expenses. Communication with foreign partners, involvement of experience and technologies. Presentation of projects at events and meetings. Participation in the activities of specialized committees. Requirements: Medical or psychological education (preferred). Work experience in the field of medical projects, rehabilitation of chip prosthetics. High organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team to tackle projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
