Medical project manager (doctor) in BF MISIYa HARKIV, BO

Charitable organization "Mission Kharkiv" is looking for a responsible and proactive manager of medical projects. The main task is the coordination of the medical activities of the organization and the search for new referrals.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of medical projects of a charitable organization.
• Cooperation with medical institutions, doctors, other organizations and donors to ensure quality of medical care.
• Organization and control of the process of delivery of medical drugs and equipment.
• Maintenance of the program, documentation and reporting of medical projects.
• Writing conceptual notes for the opening of new referrals and projects.
• Monitoring the needs of beneficiaries and formulating proposals for the management of the organization to improve the quality of the assistance provided.

Requirements:

• Higher medical education.
• Experience in the medical field for at least 3 years.
• Skills of organization and coordination of work.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.
• High level of responsibility and communication.
• Knowledge of English will be a big plus.
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, knowledge of specialized medical programs will be a plus).
• Desire to work in the charitable field and help people.

Work schedule: 5/2 from 9 to 17.
