We are looking for a manager of medical activities (primary medical care) in the city of Zaporizhzhia
Functional responsibilities
- Coordination of mobile clinic activities: deployment, monitoring, evaluation;
- Development of the mobile clinic patient service system in accordance with the protocols and norms of the Ministry of Health and WHO;
- Managing the work of medical workers;
- Conducting trainings, evaluation sessions with the aim of supporting and developing the professional skills of mobile clinic workers;
- Control of orders of consumables for the operation of mobile clinics, analysis of data on the use of medicines;
- Development and maintenance of relations with health care entities for further improvement of activities;
- Assistance in the assessment and selection of new locations in remote areas and/or in newly de-occupied areas
- Establishing and developing relations with representatives of local health centers, local voluntary and humanitarian organizations working in the field of health care with the aim of receiving feedback and improving the work of mobile clinics;
- Compiling weekly/monthly reports for both internal and external needs (donors and stakeholders) with a reflection important trends, opportunities and providing recommendations for the further development of the field of primary medical care within the framework of the UK-MED UKRAINE project; in the specialty of a family doctor);
- Experience as a doctor from 5 years
- Experience in management positions in the field of health care or Work experience in humanitarian missions/projects, in INGOs - from 1 year;
- Experience in conducting assessment and monitoring of project results, preparation of reports on issues of medical activity;
- Organizational abilities and multi-functional team management skills;
- Adherence to the policy on prevention of sexual exploitation and exposure (SEX)
- Proficiency in English at a conversational level (not lower than B1)
- Advanced use of IT technologies and programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Google Drive, etc); Willingness to work in front-line locations. The successful candidate will receive: 400">
