Manager of management reporting and budgeting in Ukrnafta

Your main tasks will be:

• participate in the annual and operational budgeting process;

• consolidate budgets within your area of responsibility;

• prepare a monthly plan-fact analysis explanation of deviations;

• conduct analysis of costs, marginality and profitability of areas;

• form financial forecasts (forecast) for a quarter/year;

• prepare calculations for management decisions;

• maintain and update financial models;

• monitor the correctness of the display of costs in the system management accounting;

• participate in the automation of reporting (updating templates, optimizing Excel models);

• cooperate with heads of departments to agree on budget indicators;

• prepare analytical reports and presentations for the manager.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• experience in ERP systems;
• it will be an advantage - experience in an auditing/consulting company, investment direction or in the position of financial analyst, financial controller, financial manager in a large manufacturing company from 3 years;
• work experience in the oil and gas, mining or other branches of heavy industry will be an advantage;
• high level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• ordered documents, especially the existing military accounting document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired) and others.
