Manager of labor protection and ecology in Komo Eksport, TOV

Your key tasks:

•    ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and internal regulatory documents in the field of labor protection and ecology at the dairy industry; emissions, discharges, waste management, etc.);

•  support in obtaining, extending and updating environmental permit documentation (air emissions, waste, special water use);

•  organization and monitoring of the state of water, soil, air, study of the impact of industrial waste;

•    analysis, development and implementation of measures aimed at reducing harmful emissions, rational use of natural resources and waste disposal;

•  compilation and submission of environmental reports to relevant state bodies;

•  control of the technical condition of equipment, engineering networks, production facilities and workplaces for compliance with safety requirements and environmental regulations;

•    organization and participation in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases, emergency and environmental incidents;

•  preparation, maintaining and submitting reports on occupational safety and ecology;

•    cooperation with controlling and permitting bodies (State Labor, State Labor Inspectorate, local self-government bodies) within the scope of competence;

•    organization, conducting and coordination of internal training and briefings on occupational safety and ecology in accordance with the requirements of legislation;

•  conducting internal audits on issues of occupational safety and ecology, respectively to the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and internal regulatory documents of the enterprise. Development, implementation and support of the strategy in the field of occupational safety and ecology, control of the implementation of planned measures and achievement of established indicators. Requirements for the candidate: higher education in the fields of occupational safety, ecology, technical or related; knowledge of legislative and regulatory laws acts of Ukraine in the field of labor protection and ecology;

•    understanding of the technological processes of dairy production;

•  knowledge of the accident investigation procedure and the requirements for drawing up the relevant documentation;

•  experience in preparing and accompanying inspections of control bodies (preferred);

•    confident command of a PC (MS Office);

•    ability to work in a team, analytical thinking.

Would be an advantage:

•  experience of working at dairy or food industry enterprises;

•  practical experience of interaction with state bodies regarding obtaining permits for emissions into atmospheric air, waste management, special water use;

•  participation in passing inspections of the State Labor Service, State Ecoinspection;

•  knowledge and experience in the implementation of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards;

•  participation in internal or external audits;

•  expertfrom work in food safety management systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000) - as a related function.
