Commercial efficiency and modeling of potential: Analysis of current business processes , simulation of synergy opportunities, development of optimization strategies.
• Compliance with modern approaches and norms: Study of modern trends, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
• Analysis of reporting and planning: Analysis of financial reports, forecasting of company development , development of strategic plans.
• Development strategy: Development and improvement of commercial strategies, identification of improvement opportunities.
• Competitiveness: Analysis of competitors, identification of advantages and disadvantages of the company.
• Search for new business opportunities: Identification of opportunities for expansion.
• Development of the meat snacks category: Coordination of strategic priorities, organization of work of departments, optimization of processes, achievement of key indicators.
• RTM strategies: Determination of sales channels, cooperation with partners, development of marketing strategies.
• Value chain: Optimization of processes from production to consumer.
• Analysis of product portfolio: Development of product management strategies, determination of priorities and resources .

• Experience in developing and launching new FMCG products, launching brands on market, development and implementation of commercial strategies.
