Manager of investment activities in Smart Holding / Smart-Holding, OOO

One of the largest investment groups of Ukraine invites to its team an Investment Manager

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance/economics/investment;
• Experience in investment direction, corporate finance, M&A or strategy in a multi-industry company or holding company structures/investment companies;
• Knowledge of financial instruments, methods of assessment of investment projects, assets, business;
• Communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of the investment environment, trends and factors of change, market forecasting;
• Comprehensive analysis of business, due diligence of assets and activities;
• Estimation of the value of business and assets of business;
• Financial modeling: forecast of business/enterprise target indicators, their stress testing and scenario analysis;
• Evaluation of investment projects, including CAPEX programs;
• Monitoring of the effectiveness of implemented projects and preparation of recommendations for improving efficiency;
• Identification and assessment of investment risks; development and implementation of measures to minimize these risks.
