We are gaining momentum, so we are looking for ambitious and energetic Managers of introductory English classes. AntiSchool is the largest network of online courses in Ukraine! A huge online direction. We pass more than 10,000 students of English and other subjects at the same time. And this number is growing every day. Our ideal candidate is a purposeful, energetic person who has experience in sales and a sufficient level of spoken English. Experience may be minimal, but the desire to develop in the field of sales and quickly master new information is important for us. Is this all about you? The tasks in this position are interesting and diverse: conducting trial classes for students on our platform. A trial lesson lasts 30 minutes; determination of the student's English language level and giving recommendations on learning; presentation of school products; sale of individual lesson packages; implementation of sales plans and achievement of company targets (conversion). We are ready to provide you with effective work: fully remote work for a friendly young team; 30 or 40 hours per week (schedule: Mon-Fri from 16:00-21:00; Sat-Sun from 10:00-15:00) competitive salary of UAH 15,000 - UAH 24,000, which consists of a monthly rate bonus part (fulfillment of key KPIs); the opportunity to learn and develop sales skills; special discounts for employees on English classes.
