Manager of international partnerships in MOU Agenciya oboronnih zakupivel, DP

We are looking for a Manager of International Partnerships who (a) will establish and improve cooperation with our foreign stakeholders.

State enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine - state an enterprise engaged in the procurement of weapons and military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Our goal is to transform the defense procurement system in order to more effectively provide the Armed Forces with modern weapons and strengthen their capabilities on the battlefield.

Our expectations from candidates:

• Higher education in the field of international relations, political science, international law, public administration or related fields (will be an advantage)
• Experience in the field of international cooperation, partnerships or communications for at least 2 years
• Possession in English at a level not lower than B2
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organization, attention to detail, diplomacy and proactivity
• Ability to work with documents, prepare reports, analytical materials, official letters
• Patriotism, zero tolerance for corruption
• Ability to work in conditions of change

Main tasks in the position:

• Establishment, support and development of partnerships with international stakeholders
• Participation in the development and implementation of the strategy of interaction with international partners
• Organization and coordination of meetings, round tables, briefings, official visits, etc.
• Preparation of information and communication materials for distribution among international partners
• Participation in planning and conducting events with the participation of international partners
• Preparation of official correspondence, presentation and reporting materials
• Monitoring and analysis of international initiatives relevant to the agency's activities
