Manager of international academic mobility in Ukrayinskiy katolickiy universitet

We are looking for a specialist with experience in the field of international academic mobility or educational projects who will be able to provide a full cycle of organizing exchange programs — from the selection of participants and support to the preparation of documentation, interaction with partners and preparation of reports. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2+), developed organizational and communication skills, systematicity, responsibility and the ability to work with large amounts of information are important. The experience of participating in the academic mobility program, especially as a graduate of UCU, will be an advantage, which will allow a deeper understanding of the processes and context of the university.

Department Information

Department of International Academic Relations works to establish and support international relations of UCU with higher educational institutions, state and non-state educational foundations that are interested in the development of joint academic projects.

Main duties:

• Organization of the process of selection of participants of international academic mobility programs (teachers, students and university employees), their support before, during and after mobility. 
• Ensuring the organization of the educational process for foreign studentsents, internships and teaching for foreign teachers at UCU.
• Organization of adaptation events for foreign students/teachers (orientation sessions, intermediate meetings) and monitoring of their stay.
• Cooperation with partner universities and international educational associations regarding the implementation of mobility programs.
• Development and updating of documentation regulating the processes of application, reception and issuance of official documents.
• Carries out organizational measures for the preparation and implementation of additional short-term international opportunities for students and teachers.

• Transfer of study results according to the national assessment system and informing about ECTS credit systems.
• Preparation of reports on the results of international mobility.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education
• Experience in the field of international mobility or projects at least 1 year 
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (minimum B2 level), knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. 
• Ability to work in a team, solve complex tasks and maintain effective communication between partners
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
• Personal qualities: responsibility, stress resistance, systematicity, ability to self-analysis.
• Share the mission and values of UCU.
• The experience of participating in an academic mobility program abroad is an advantage, as it will provide a deep understanding of the processes from the inside.
