What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for development control procedures and for their scaling, where possible, together with business process owners. Responsible for quality risk assessment and quality recommendations for effective design. Provides recommendations to ensure transparency of areas of responsibility of control executors.
• Responsible for assessing risks and effectiveness of controls together with business process owners
• Responsible for design and verification of the effectiveness of automatic controls within the framework of the implementation phase project ERP
• Responsible for regularly evaluating the effectiveness of controls and reporting on the effectiveness of controls to business process owners
• Proactively informs management of control deficiencies and suggests improvements
• Supports implementation controls – submits applications for automation (where necessary), conducts training and instructs employees on control procedures
• Advises and conducts training for business process owners on control issues
• Responsible for application and implementation of best practices practices for internal control management, where possible
• Responsible for interaction with external audit on issues of evaluation of the ICS within the framework of reporting audits
• Responsible for popularization of the direction among cross-functional divisions - collects feedback connection and interaction needs, providing high-quality communication about the results of the division's work
   

Basic professional and technical knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of business processes of production of the company and processes of risks and controls
• Experience of managing a team for more than 1 year
• Knowledge of IA, COSO, IAS, IFRS standards
• Experience of building a management system and SMC

• Knowledge of ERP accounting systems at the level of a confident user
• Developed communication and presentation skills (Power Point)
• Experience with large data sets (Excel, PBI)
• Knowledge of English at the Upper intermediate level andabove
• Proactivity, system thinking, focus on results
