Your main tasks will be: Preparing meetings with employees (gathering information on divisions, preparing presentations, receiving and analyzing feedback); Filling and administering the company page on the corporate portal on the Share Point platform (writing texts on various topics, filming videos, technical placement); Preparation of text and photo materials for the company's news digest; Support for corporate holidays and dates (preparation of congratulatory materials, organization of contests and flash mobs); Filling and monitoring the state of information stands in structural units; Searching for ideas for internal communications (formal and informal), participating in the development of communication plans and strategies.
