What professional skills are important to us?

1. Experience in the position of Internal Communications Managerfrom 6 months .
2. Sure copywriting skills in creating texts for social networks: news and other informative messages.
3. Strong communication skills: the ability to find a common language and build negotiations in a win- win.
4. Skill in working with presentations.
5. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or willingness to learn.
6. Experience in organizing events (preferably internal for employees) .
7. Experience in ordering branded products (cooperation with contractors and the procurement department, preparation of technical specifications).
8. Ability to analyze masses of information and draw conclusions.
