The State Operator of the Home Front (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.< /p> , but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of every invested hryvnia of the state budget.

Main duties in the position:

• Support internal communications, aimed at improving relations between units and between management levels.
• Creation of content for internal communication channels.
• Organization of internal activities, events, team building.
• li>Systematic implementation of new employee adaptation measures.
• Participation in HR management processes.

Requirements:

< li>Experience in the field of HR from the 1st year.
• Experience in the field of internal communications.
• Experience in planning and organizing events.
• Ability to work in a team for a common result.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to visualize and present information, experience working with graphic editors.
