Role: Ensuring effective interaction with state authorities in order to protect the interests of the Company and support its reputation at the state level. Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of relations with authorities, monitoring legislative changes, as well as initiating a dialogue with representatives of the authorities to achieve the Company's strategic business goals.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of law, political science, economics, public administration or other relevant field;
• Work experience in the field of interaction with state authorities or in state authorities;
• Understanding the specifics of the work of various authorities, business interaction with authorities, the process of making state decisions, political processes and the economic environment in Ukraine;
• Deep understanding of Ukrainian legislation; understanding of European integration processes and adaptation of Ukrainian legislation will be an advantage;
• High level of communication skills, ability to establish and maintain contacts with representatives of authorities;
• Knowledge of English not lower than B1 level.

Personal qualities:High ethics, patience, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, the ability to work in multitasking mode.

Main duties:

• Participation in the development and implementation of the company's strategy for interaction with authorities;
• Performance of systematic monitoring changes to legislation, political and legislative trends;
• Analysis of legislative initiatives, assessmenttheir impact on business, conducting consultations with internal stakeholders, developing work strategies for relevant initiatives;
• Developing ideas to achieve the company's strategy through interaction with authorities, improving the company's reputation and building loyalty from government bodies and key stakeholders stakeholders;
• Development of proposals for changes to legislation, company position papers, proposals to the texts of positions of business associations;
• Participation in working groups of state bodies, meetings, committee meetings of business associations;< /li>
• Representation of the company in interaction with authorities, development of partnerships with businesses with common interests;
