What we will assign you:

• Conducting research and analysis of potentially useful digital -production technologies and innovations that can improve the company's productivity
• Monitoring of digital production innovative solutions on the market (cross-functional with IT and from open sources)
• Conducting an analysis of the conformity of digital production innovative solutions to business requests and their approbation together with business experts
• Conducting an examination or working out the business logic of the existing functionality of agricultural production systems according to business requests
• Change management compatible with business customers in order to improving interaction with project stakeholders
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with other companies, startups, universities and research institutions to share innovative ideas and resources
• Management of innovation implementation projects, including planning, execution and evaluation of results, preparation of reports.

• You have work experience in the field of innovative management or research and intelligence activities in the field of agricultural production
• You are a confident user of VRM and GIS systems

• You speak English at a level that allows you to conduct professional negotiations and communicate with international partners (Upper Intermediate and above)
