Functional duties: Identifying, preventing and neutralizing real and potential external and internal threats in the information and communication system that can disrupt the sustainable functioning of the Company's automated systems. Monitoring the state and operation of software and hardware cyber protection and compliance with regulatory documentation on cyber protection and information security. Development of the architecture of the necessary settings/policies when putting SIEM into operation and their adjustments. Development of the structure of the SOC, organization of its work, maintenance of the qualifications of the SOC personnel at the appropriate level. In order to adjust the information security development strategy, monitoring of the market of the latest information technologies, analysis of trends in their development, implementation and application in practice. Analysis of current regulatory documents and processes for compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of information security. Requirements for the candidate: Complete higher education in a professional direction at the educational and qualification level of a master, specialist; Work experience in the field of law in the field of personal data protection - from 3 years; Work experience in implementing ISMS at a large enterprise (more than 1000 PC users) and building an architecture systems. Experience in the organization of SOC work, implementation of the necessary SIEM settings during the commissioning of a software product at a large enterprise. Availability of ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certificates. Work with a PC (MS Office, Outlook Express, Internet), free use of the Liga legal framework, experience in the electronic document management system; Ukrainian (fluent), English (upper-intermediate).
