Responsibilities: organization of work by lessees (engagement of new workers with existing ones); provision of conditions for profitable activity; control and provision of proper technical, sanitary and fire prevention conditions of commercial real estate; management of technical services , security and administration of commercial real estate. Control of their performance of their duties; control and optimization of costs for the operation of the real estate object; ensuring the completeness and correctness of rent collection; solving personnel issues.
