We invite a manager of individual development programs to the team. The goal of this position is to bring individual development programs to a level of quality, recognition with BUR camps through piloting new products and deepening the impact of existing ones. With us, you have the opportunity to realize yourself and join a valuable cause. Main responsibilities:
- Managing the long-term volunteering program in accordance with the program concept;
- Selection of communities and participants in accordance with the partnership request (donor requirements, internal priorities);
- Support of long-term volunteer program participants during their stay in the communities; /li>
- Communication with the community of mentors and mentors of the long-term volunteering program;
- Maintenance of project documentation, which includes the preparation and collection of documents, contracts, insurance policies and cooperation memoranda;
- Development of methodological recommendations (guides, conditions of participation, update of concepts) and detailed step-by-step instructions for the implementation of the GRSI approach in the program;
- Preparation of reports for partners on the progress of implementation and the final result of the project;
- Organization and conducting a school of long-term volunteers (in cooperation with the manager of the training program and the head of the department);
- Proactive cooperation with business to involve it in co-financing the project in the communities.
Our expectations:
- Experience in organizing educational processes: in the formal and informal format of training in the field of project management, work experience as a project manager from 2 years of English language proficiency at the Intermediate (B1) level and above;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to listen and to hear, a high level of mastery of digital communication tools and information exchange: volunteer-centricity in resolving conflict situations; experience in individual mentoring of a young person will be an advantage; li>
- Ability to work in a team; own experience of "long-term volunteering" will be an advantage
