Manager of individual affairs in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region"organizes a competition for the position of manager of individual cases for child protection in Mukachevo, Uzhhorod communities, on full-time terms.

Requirements for the candidate:

-Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, social sciences, law or related fields specialties.

-Work experience of 1-2 years in the field of social work, humanitarian aid, case management or work with vulnerable population groups.

-Knowledge of the principles and standards of providing social and humanitarian services.

-Ability to conduct individual client cases: assessment of needs, assistance planning, monitoring of results.

-Skills in preparing reports, maintaining documentation and working with databases data.

-Knowledge of the basics of psychological support and communication with people in crisis situations.

-High communication skills and empathy.

- Having your own transport is an advantage in choosing a candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Reception and assessment of Beneficiaries' needs (in person or remotely).

2. Development of individual support/assistance plans for each Beneficiary.

3. Coordination of service provision: social, humanitarian, psychological, medical support.

4. Maintenance of complete documentation and databases regarding Beneficiaries and assistance provided.

5. Monitoring of progress and results of provision assistance, assessment of case effectiveness.

6. Interaction with other services and partners for comprehensive client support.

7. Preparation of regular reports for management and donors.

8. Adherence to the standards of ethics, confidentiality and principles of humanitarian work.
