What should be done?

• Expertly examine department processes technical and economic support regarding the organization of work, efficiency of resource use, compliance with operating rules;
• analyze the causes of equipment failures, defects, downtimes; develop solutions to minimize losses and reduce costs for the operation of gas station equipment;
• develop measures to reduce costs and prevent losses (energy efficiency, optimization of purchases, proper operation, etc.);
• initiation, planning and implementation of projects to reduce costs, reduce resources, increase productivity.
• conduct regular evaluations of the effectiveness of gas station technical support processes;
• identify bottlenecks, duplication of operations, redundant actions and other inefficiencies.

• Principles of technical operation and maintenance of gas station/gas station, gas station, engineering systems;
