About Zagoriy Foundation
Zagoriy Foundation is a bureau of social projects initiated or supported by the family of Hleb and Kateryna Zagoriy. Our mission: to enable positive scenarios for the future of Ukraine. Since 2015, we have been working with the topics: culture, traditions, charity, and now we are creating spaces (for the military, for children, for residents of small towns) and supporting communities.
Manager of implementation/development of AI solutions is key in driving the Company's AI strategy from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of how modern AI technologies are used to effectively adapt AI solutions that drive efficiency, decision-making and innovation across our Company.
Main areas of responsibility and tasks:

Strategic AI implementation: Developing a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI technologies across different divisions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and operational needs.

Identification of opportunities: Regular assessment of new technologies and innovations in the field of AI, analysis of their potential application in our pharmaceutical processes to increase competitiveness and operational excellence.

Management of the project portfolio: Management of AI projects, ensuring their implementation on time, within the budget and with the required quality. This includes resource allocation, timeline planning and risk management.

Interaction with Stakeholders: Act as the primary intermediary between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and collaboration for the diffusion and understanding of AI across the company.

Performance metrics: Development and monitoring of key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Learning and development: Support the development and implementation of training programs to increase AI literacy in the Company, ensuring effective use of new tools and insights by all teams.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Experience in leadership positions related to the implementation of AI in an industry with high requirements for compliance with regulatory standards (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing AI strategies that lead to significant improvements in business processes.
- Excellent project management skills, analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in English at a high level.

Stages of recruitment:1.
