Manager of grant projects in Golosi ditey, BF

The "Voices of Children" charitable foundation is looking for a grant project manager.

The "Voices of Children" charitable foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of
volunteer initiative in 2015 in the East of Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and
support   children,   create   conditions   for   children's   voice   to be   heard,
maintain their stability in war conditions. The Foundation realizes its mission and has to
aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of support
children.

For this, the team is looking for a person for the position of grant manager
projects The position involves finding, writing and administering grant
projects in the fund in accordance with the needs in psychosocial, advocacy and
in other directions.

The responsibilities of the grant project manager include:

• search for potential sources of funding. Monitoring of open grants
  competitions and opportunities provided by international and national donor
  organization
• keeping a database of potential and current donors
• project development: cooperation with team leaders to assess needs and analyze the project context. Creation of structured projects based on
  needs assessment
• preparation of project documentation (project applications, budgets,
  accompanying documents) in order to attract financing, build and maintain strong relations with donors.   Permanent
  communication at all stages of project management (grant submission, implementation and
  reporting)
• control of the fulfillment of project obligations of the fund according to the indicators
  and budget
• reporting preparation: data collection, timely submission of reports to donors,
  including descriptive, financial and procurement reports.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Fluency in Ukrainian, English - not lower than Upper
  Intermediate;
• Bachelor's degree or higher;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in MS Office, Google Workspace;
• Work experience with grants for more than 1 year;
• Experience of working in non-governmental organizations will be an advantage;
• Experience of working with international donors will be an advantage.
