What you will do:

• Optimization of the process of transport and customs clearance;
• Control of the fulfillment of the terms of contracts with foreign trade organizations regarding the supply of products under the customs regime;
• Ensuring the declaration and timely customs clearance of the company's cargo;
• Cooperation with involved transport forwarding, brokerage, insurance companies. Coordination of movement of goods;
• Formation and verification of accompanying documents and compliance of transported goods with information about them;
• Control of mutual settlements with foreign suppliers, shipment schedules;
• Inventory level control and placing orders as needed.

We will give preference to candidates with:

• Work experience in the field of foreign trade (in procurement);
• Leadership skills and desire to build and develop a team;
• Ability to work with: legal acts regulating foreign economic and economic activity of economic entities, methodical, regulatory and other management materials on issues of the organization of foreign economic activities;
• The procedure and conditions for concluding and executing contracts, customs clearance procedures.
• Measures of state regulation of foreign economic activity.
• Commodity nomenclature of ZED.
• Customs regimes, benefits, payments, taxes and fees, methods of determining the customs value of goods.
• Practical skills in the preparation of packages of documents for customs clearance of goods, international payments.
• Quick decision-making and testing of ideas - no unnecessary bureaucracy and micro-management.
