What will you do in the position of Manager of financial planning and analysis of the grain sector:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on performance by controlling the preparation of actual results and their detailed analysis;
• Develop and maintain effective formats of analytics and management materials efficiency;
• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes, including reviewing monthly forecast files and participating in the formation of the annual business plan;
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities to optimize operating results and improve working capital indicators;
• Participate in internal process improvement projects to ensure their effectiveness and competitiveness;
• Build and maintain effective communications and partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization;
• Participate in projects to implement new tools, systems and methods.

What do we expect from our future Manager of financial planning and analysis grain direction?

• 7+ years of experience in the field of finance, preferably in FP&A, controlling or related fields;
• Team management experience;
• Education in the field of finance, accounting, economics or related specialties;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate level and above;
• High competence in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Developed communication skills, flexibility thinking, ability to work effectively under time pressure;
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and ensure high quality results.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BI or Tableau;
• Experience in agribusiness or FMCG.
