Functional duties: Participation in the preparation of financial and management reporting. Formation of analytical materials for the consolidated financial plan and the report on its implementation, formation of explanations of factor analysis regarding deviations. Analysis of the implementation of plans, preparation of analytical materials for the preparation of consolidated financial/management reporting. Methodological support of branches on issues of planning/budgeting and formation of management reporting. Preparation of analytical and presentation materials for the board/supervisory board, participation in the preparation of dashboards. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education in the field of economics or finance. Proven experience in financial management and accounting for at least 3 years. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards. Experience in the development and implementation of budgeting and/or management accounting systems, development of financial models is desirable. High level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point, preferably PowerBI. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret financial information. Experience in preparing presentation and analytical materials in the direction of financial planning and control.
