Functional duties: Participation in the preparation of financial and management reporting. Formation of analytical materials of the pre-consolidated financial plan and a report on its implementation, formation of explanations of factor analysis regarding deviations. Analysis of the implementation of plans, preparation of analytical materials for the preparation of consolidated financial/management reporting. Methodological support of branches in matters of planning/budgeting and management reporting. Preparation of analytical and presentation materials for the board/supervisory board, participation in the preparation of dashboards. Pre-candidate requirements: Higher education in economics or finance. Proven experience in financial management and bookkeeping for 3 years. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards. Experience of participating in the development and implementation of budgeting and/or management accounting systems, development of financial models is desirable. High level of mastery of Excel, Power Point, preferably Power BI. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret financial information. Experience in the preparation of presentational and analytical materials in the direction of financial planning and control.
