Tasks to be worked on:
- You will be directly involved in starting and operating an EV charging network from scratch
- The project involves active work both in the office and "in the fields" (business trips around Ukraine), which allows you to immerse yourself more deeply in the processes
- No bureaucracy for the sake of bureaucracy - only effective communication and clear KPIs.
- Coordination of contractors: You will be the "voice" of the company in communication with partners, controlling the terms and quality of their work.
- Project Management: Keep your finger on the pulse of the implementation of all stages of the project — from installation to commissioning.
- Working with data: Reporting and working in the ERP system to make every process transparent and measurable.
What skills will come in handy:
- You have a university degree and 3+ years of experience in project management or operations.
- Proficient in office programs (Excel is your best friend) and have experience with ERP systems.
- Ready for business trips around Ukraine (we value mobility and involvement).
- Able to formulate tasks clearly and monitor their execution without micromanagement.
- Technical background: understanding how the power grid or equipment is arranged.
- Work experience in the fields of construction or energy.
