Manager of engineering changes (Junior Project Manager) in Ajax Systems

R&D is responsible for the development of devices at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA.

We are expanding the video team, so we are looking for an engineering change manager.

Knowledge and skills required:

• minimum 2 years of work in a technical position;
• understanding of the product life cycle and related processes;
• skills for working with Jira, Confluence systems;
• knowledge of project management principles: Agile, Waterfall and the ability to apply them for planning;
• time management and prioritization;
• proactivity and focus on preventing problems;
• willingness to talk openly about problems and risks;
• interest in technology, desire constantly learn new things;
• systematic and attentive to details.

Tasks:

• coordination of the full cycle of engineering changes (acceptance, analysis, approval and implementation);
• maintaining up-to-date information and documentation in Jira/Confluence systems;
• timely identification, discussion and minimization of risks associated with changes;
• ensuring a clear interaction between all stakeholders of the change process.
