Manager of energy projects in UPG

Tasks to be worked on:

• Communications Management: You will be the main point of contact for our contractors. Your task is that all parties understand each other and move in the same rhythm
• Deadline and quality control: you will ensure that tasks are completed on time and the result meets project standards
• Analytics and calculations: working with data, calculation of efficiency and preparation of economic justification of decisions
• Transparency of processes: reporting that will help the team see the real state of affairs at each stage

What skills will come in handy:

• Higher education and deep understanding of how the energy market of Ukraine works
• Have at least 3 years of experience in project management or related fields
• Mobility: you are ready for business trips around Ukraine (we build where there is sun and the need for energy)
• You are able to clearly formulate thoughts and argue your position
• You understand the technical side of the issue and have experience in SES design
• Work with ERP systems
