What we will entrust you with:

• Organization of practical assistance to employees when using an electronic signature on various platforms
• Issuing and blocking of electronic signatures at all "MHP" enterprises
• Performance of a timely and complete audit of cases based on issued electronic digital signatures with transfer to the SE DIYA
• Participation in solving technical issues and removing electronic signatures from cloud storage
• Verification of documents on the website of the Ministry of Justice
• Entering electronic signature data into MHP ERP: date of issue, validity period, type of signature (representative, natural person)
• Provision of consultations and creation of electronic references at the request of employees through the ДИЯ platform
• Control of the correctness of the entry of paper contracts in MHP ERP (signature check, details, EA reference)
• Carrying out software updates, analyzing errors that occur when employees sign various types of documents
• Creating presentations on working with the department and creating instructions for using electronic signatures and procedures.
• Filling in the administrative documents section, deleting irrelevant documents on the internal portal
