Manager of educational projects in Akademiya NSZU

The National Health Service of Ukraine invites a manager of educational projects to the team of the National Health Service Academy. Civil service position of category V. WE ARE LOOKING FOR a specialist/rank with skills and work experience: in the field of online education for adults; with texts of various styles and topics (obligatory accuracy, literacy in writing materials in a structured form); in specialized software for development electronic courses, in particular Articulate Rise; in programs for creating/editing graphic elements and video content (for example, Figma, basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva and any others). We expect the candidate to be fluent in the Ukrainian language, the ability transform information into a format that is understandable for its consumer, as well as punctuality and understanding of responsibility for completing tasks. Experience with LMS Moodle or any other LMS, experience in the field of health care and knowledge of the English language will be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR POSITIONS: coordination of a project group of experts in the development of educational content; definition of educational goals, development of concepts and programs of online courses, creation of a structure of educational materials; development of content and its transformation into an educational product using various formats (videos, electronic manuals, simulators, tests, etc. ); development of visualization and design of the platform, training courses and materials; development and layout of training courses and other materials, including taking into account the mobile version of the platform of the NSZU Academy; management of the communication channels of the NSZU Academy (Facebook, Telegram, Viber, YouTube, LinkedIn); analysis of the progress of educational programs, feedback forms and evaluation of educational products for revision or consideration in the further development of educational products; communication with partners, experts and the team; YOU WILL GET: experience in creating, launching and supporting educational projects in the health care system that meet leading global standards and change the health care system in Ukraine; experience in working with national-scale projects and with international projects ; work in a friendly and professional team; opportunities for professional growth and development; the possibility of remote work.
