In connection with the implementation of the Digital Development Strategy, the Red Cross Society of Ukraine invites a Digital Transformation Project Manager with experience in implementing educational platforms to join its team.

We are looking for a qualified specialist who will join our efforts in implementing modern digital tools and contribute to the further development of the organization.

We believe that the Project Manager will become not only a part of the digital development of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, but also a key player in shaping future success through effective use of technology.

 Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (IT, technical/ economic or finance);
• Experience of working as an IT project manager from 2 years;
• English language proficiency level - Intermediate;
• Experience in managing the development and implementation of LMS (Learning Management System) and CRM in a cross-functional environment;
• Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of Agile methodology;
• Knowledge of approaches to describing functional requirements;
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Project as well as Jira, Google Docs, Figma ;
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills;
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines both independently and in a team;
• High level of self-organization and time management ;
• Leadership qualities, attention to detail, analytical skills;
• Responsibility for decisions and results.

Your tasks:< /strong>

• Effective project management from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of the project goal within the agreed budget and time constraints;
• Development of a detailed project plan, preparation of project documentation, definition scope of work, resources, terms and budget;
• Coordinating the plan with key stakeholders and comaproject management;
• Selection and formation of the project team. Allocation of tasks and definition of roles in the team;
• Constant monitoring of work progress in accordance with the plan;
• Identification of possible risks and development of their management strategies;
• Ensuring regular reporting about the status of the project to stakeholders and management;
• Effective communication within the team and external stakeholders;
• Tracking the scope of the project and managing requirements on the customer side;
• Interaction with development teams in the process of planning sprints, evaluating the results obtained;
• User support, conducting training, building a stable communication channel between the divisions of the TCHU and the software developer.
