Manager for the development of new educational products

with a place of work in the city of Kyiv or in city ​​of Lviv

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement new educational products from "scratch" (field camps within Ukraine and abroad , new sections, etc.).
• Conduct customer demand analysis.
• Conduct competitor research and marketing research.
• Make calculations: forecast product cost, draw up a customer recruitment plan, generate basic P&L reports, etc.
• Negotiate with counterparties and internal teams.
• Ensure timely information and training of all involved process participants. 
• Control the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Ukrainian language (written and spoken).
• English language level B2 and above.
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Experience of successful implementation of the product.
• Proactivity.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Multitasking and the ability to prioritize.
• Analytical skills.
• Interest and desire to develop in the field of education.
