In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a "Training materials development manager (methodologist)"

The team of the department creates educational programs that help in practice to master our equipment and software efficiently and quickly. With us, you will be able to achieve great goals and contribute to the approach of victory.

What you will need to do:
— Create training programs for technology users
— Develop methodical materials for robotics instructors
— Develop content for educational handouts (brochures, questionnaires, forms).
—Analyze and constantly update information from technical documentation and accordingly update and improve training programs
—Create and conduct regular internal training and attestations for instructors
—Engage in the development of the instructor staff, the method of individual and group classes to learn the techniques and tools of teaching adults
—You know how to process large volumes of information with the goal of creating methodical materials (lesson plan, notes, tests, online courses, video lectures, presentations)
—You have a structured way of thinking
—You have adult training tools br/>—You know how to analyze the effectiveness of methodical materials with the aim of improving the quality of education
—Your level of English is Intermediate and above
