Manager of development of active sales channels in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated person for the position of Active Sales Channel Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the sales channel. General purpose of the position: The key purpose of this position is to develop an active sales channel and ensure the implementation of sales plans in this channel. The candidate must be ready to accept challenges and actively implement strategies to achieve set sales goals. Main duties and requirements: Develop and implement a strategic vector for the development of an active sales channel. Initiate and implement partner and motivational reward systems for partners. Encourage cooperation and support partners to achieve common goals. Participate in BTL activities to support and strengthen partnerships. Have at least 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years of management experience (people/projects/processes). Demonstrate skills in managing processes, projects and third parties, in particular partners. Possess a high level of communication skills and the ability to maintain partnerships Have experience in managing projects and understanding the specifics of selling goods and services through an active sales channel. Know the forms and methods of conducting marketing campaigns, promotional activities and sales promotion activities. Have the ability to use office programs MS Office.
