The company, a leader in the market of car accessories and auto chemicals in Ukraine, is looking for a manager for the development and introduction of new products to join its team. Requirements: Good creative and analytical skills; effective experience in starting a pipeline of projects from "scratch"; good communication skills and a systematic approach to improvement; knowledge modern advertising tools; intermediate English language skills (will be an advantage); willingness to work in a multitasking mode, ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: Organization of an effective system of business processes for brand development; testing of products and components for safety, reliability and compliance with standards; development of new and management of the existing range of the brand; constant monitoring of the market of car aromas and other component materials, analysis of their introduction of new productsx; communication with experts in their field, end consumers regarding the practicality of using products; visiting international exhibitions and conducting negotiations with international partners; planning and coordination of marketing events.
