Manager of development and introduction of new products in Storm Group, grupa kompaniy

The company, a leader in the market of car accessories and auto chemicals in Ukraine, is looking for a manager for the development and introduction of new products for its team. Requirements: Good creative and analytical skills; effective experience in launching and supporting projects from "scratch"; good communication skills and a systematic approach to work; knowledge of modern advertising tools; knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (will be an advantage); willingness to work in multitasking mode, ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: Organization of an effective system of business processes for brand development; conducting product and component tests regarding safety, reliability and compliance with standards; development of new and management of the existing range of brands; constant monitoring of the market of car flavorings and other component materials, analysis of their implementation in new productsx; communication with experts in their field, end consumers regarding the practicality of using products; visiting international exhibitions and conducting negotiations with international partners; planning and coordination of marketing events.
