Our employee in this position:

• Formation and management of the project team to achieve project goals.
• Full support of the project from the moment of receipt of the brief to the launch of the products.
• Planning and control of the execution of all involved functions.
• Maintenance and updating of timings in the PPM system (project module).
• Organization of project documentation, protocols and preservation of final materials.
• Collection of input data from participating functions (Technologists, Marketing, Finance, Lawyers, etc.).
• Management of internal communications and interaction between all parties of the project.
• Forecasting risks, monitoring them and managing changes in the implementation process.
• Working with the PPM system: control of the validity and relevance of project data.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• High level of knowledge in the field of project management (Project Management)
• Practical experience of launching and implementing projects in FMCG companies
• Knowledge of methods for estimating deadlines, budget and necessary resources for the project
• Experience in risk management, organization of project change management processes
• Skills and practical application of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies in project management
• Ability to build effective communication with the project team and stakeholders
• Developed competencies in the areas of: strategic thinking, critical thinking, effective communication, leadership
• Ability to implement changes and possess high presentation skills
• Systematic approach to problem solving
• Owning tools Excel, PowerPoint, O365
